My Whoversary

A month ago today I saw the Who in concert. They were incredible. It was the "Quadrophenia and More" tour, so the first half of the concert was the Quad album. They're one of the only bands I've ever heard of that are probably better live then they are recorded. It was the second-best night of my life.

This is my favorite photo of the night, with a little editing. This is what I love about concerts: everyone there for the same reason, to experience the music. The audience moved together as one and absorbed the sounds. My friend's mom describs concerts as a "spiritual experience" and I really think she's got it right.
